At least two Rotarians from Clubs with a membership of 20 or more, based upon Rotary International records as of July 1, 2017, must complete a Grant Management Seminar by October 15, 2018 or the date of club's grant application, whichever is earlier. If your Club has fewer than 20 members, at least one of your members must complete a Grant Management Seminar according to same timeline.

NEW LAST YEAR: The Chair of your grant project must complete the 2018 Grant Management Seminar and anyone (except for your Club President) signing your grant application must also have completed the current Grant Management Seminar. (These can be the same people and are counted in the 1 or 2 members normally required to take the course.) Names of those that completed Grant Management Seminar should be clearly noted on the Grant Application so records can easily be cross-checked.
