Our Life Leadership Conference (LLC) has impacted more than 7,000 youth leaders since its creation in 1949. Rotary District 6290 looks each year for high school students who are outstanding school and/or community leaders with a strong service background to apply. If you are selected to participate in the Life Leadership Conference, you will have the opportunity to discuss leadership, service and career opportunities and to exchange ideas about current ethical and social issues with knowledgeable District 6290 Rotarians who are local and regional leaders.Principles

t leaders. It is not a conference intended to teach leadership skills (It is assumed that the students in attendance already possess those skills), however the following topics naturally arise in the course of Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) activities and discussions:
