As Rotarians, we have a special fellowship that focuses attention on promoting leadership and serving, selflessly. Rotary Interact Club allows youths in grades 9-12 to work together to solve the problems that are important to them, develop leadership skills, carry out hands-on service projects, and to have fun making a difference in our world!
This past month, the District Interact Committee has been connecting with Interact Advisors throughout the District to be available to help them rebuild Rotary Interact clubs following the changes brought about by the pandemic. Your assistance is requested in sharing the name and contact information of the Advisor/s of your sponsored Rotary Interact clubs, to help the District Committee Members make connections and share resources with those who are passionately advising our Rotary Interact teenagers in 6290! The Annual Rotary Interact District Conference typically held in October, is postponed until further notice, with hope to bring students together this spring once they have had time to rebuild, grow, and provide service to others.
