District 6290 Foundation Chair Al Bonney reviewed the District 6290 Block Grant process. He will circulate a draft block grant application, and then file it. When it is approved and The Rotary Foundation makes funds available for the District grants, Treasurer James P. White will prepare checks to each of the applicants. The checks will be distributed by the Grants Committee Chair Kennard Weaver to the applicants, with instructions to them about reporting requirements as the projects are completed. Global grant funds will be made available by the Rotary Foundation directly to the applicants, after the Foundation has approved the grants.
